Within the framework of the project, the Design Documentation has been developed for the manufacture of a screw line for transportation and storage of meat and bone meal. Before the start of the design, all the necessary calculations for the line have been performed: the determination of the geometry features of the line units, verification calculation of performance and strength calculations of power units. The line includes three screw conveyors, as well as a hopper for intermediate storage and mixing of raw materials. In addition to standard units, our own designs of bearing units, a filter-cooler and a pneumatic gate valve have been developed.
